The hard part
is already done

Production runs, the recipe is yours, you have customers. The question is no longer quality. It is that outside the country nobody has seen your product. We start by reviewing the range: what the Asian market accepts as is, and what needs adapting.

The product speaks
the market's language

Product name and composition in English and Thai, shelf life under tropical conditions, the documents an importer asks for first, samples and logistics. You arrive at the fair with a complete pack, not an intention.

Four days
that decide everything

Tasting, a short pitch, an interpreter at the stand. Every contact is logged: company, purchasing profile, interest, what was agreed. Each evening we review the day and adjust for the next.

Success is not measured
in business cards

The point of the trip is not the stand or a photo for the report. The point is a partner who, a few months later, asks for pricing on a first shipment. We stay with the correspondence until delivery terms are on the table.

What we bring

Your product
goes here

Altai honey, Kamchatka caviar, Karelian fish, Siberian oils. In Asia each category has its own buyer and its own delivery requirements.

The coloured tiles hold the places for photographs of participants' products.

FAQ

The questions
we hear most

What does it cost

It depends on the format: counter, space in the shared pavilion, an own stand or corporate floor space. The estimate covers floor space, construction, interpreting and preparation of materials. The range for each format is shown on the layout; the exact figure is calculated for your product.

My goods cannot simply be imported into Thailand

Packaged food for sale requires registration with the Thai regulator, and that is not done in two weeks. Exhibition samples, however, enter as samples for display and tasting. At the fair you make the agreement, and registration follows for a specific importer, usually handled by them. We explain this route before you apply.

I do not speak English

An interpreter for English and Thai works at the stand, and company materials are prepared in three languages in advance. Negotiations happen with you present, not instead of you.

What about the samples

We help with shipping, packaging and import documents. Chilled and perishable goods need a separate cold chain solution, discussed during selection, before anything is signed.

Is a visa required

For Russian citizens a short business trip to Thailand usually requires no visa in advance. We check current requirements for your departure date and help with flights and accommodation near the venue.

We are a small farm, it is too early for us

An Asian buyer is interested in the product and in whether you can ship regularly, not in the size of your company. A counter or a space in the shared pavilion suits a smaller producer: the same audience, costs shared between participants. If the review shows this market is premature for you, we will say so plainly and take no payment.
